MKERB is the only stainless steel kerb system available in continuous lengths of up to 18m - removing the need for multiple welds and piecing together of traditional 3m kerb sections - to provide an 80% saving on man hours.

Why MKERB?

* Fewer processes save time and money
* Can also be supplied in shorter lengths for specific projects
* Thicker stronger and longer lasting
* Can be set directly onto hard core
* Ideal for pre-fitting new builds
* Perfect for retro-fits and refurbishments
* Easy to install
* Can be positioned corner to corner, corner to door and corner to T
* Available in a variety of profiles and shapes to suit any application
* Used successfully for over 17 years

MKERB is not only seamless it's also thicker - and can be filled with concrete up to 140 slump without any kerb distortion to allow rapid finishing compared with the semi-solid concrete mixes and vibrating installation that thinner kerb systems require.

Its unique jack system means MKERB can be set directly onto hard core and concrete. No need for expensive and time-consuming additional floor screeds, precut floors or any levelling. Once the dedicated jacks are fitted clients can simply install the kerb and flood the area with concrete to the correct level.

MKERB is manufactured using unique production methods and supplied as standard in 2mm stainless steel grade 304/316 with a DP1 brushed finish. It is also available in Magnelis - a flat carbon steel product coated on both sides wth a zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy. This alloy, which is composed of 93.5% zinc, 3.5% aluminium and 3% magnesium is applied using a continuous hot dip galvanising process. Its optimum chemical composition has been selected to provide the best results in terms of corrosion resistance.

MKERB is ideal for anywhere that requires a clean process.
For example: Chemical factories, Food factories, Pharmaceutical companies, Hospitals, Process Plants.

It is ideal for retro-fit and refurbishment, new build, Edgebeam shutter, Silo bases, Bund walls, Fuel pump islands, Machine islands.
